We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Analyst to join our Product Operations Team to help our community solar program reach massive scale. Community solar is the fastest growing segment of the solar market. It enables anyone to benefit from solar energy by digitally subscribing to a remotely located solar farm. With no installation and guaranteed savings, it’s no surprise community solar is among our most popular consumer offerings. This role will be responsible for managing community solar operations across a wide range of state and utility programs.


  • Work with our internal product and data analytics teams to analyze our member data, evaluate community solar program eligibility, and manage enrollments
  • Use Excel and utility forms to complete the enrollment process and connect members to a community solar project
  • Initiate and manage communications requirements to current and future potential community solar subscribers (such as enrollment campaigns, project updates, savings reports, and more)
  • Track important project milestones, including subscription levels, enrollment timelines, savings results, and more
  • Prepare reports for external energy industry partners, present results, and incorporate operational improvements based on partner feedback
  • Become a community solar subject matter expert and contribute to maintaining our knowledgebase of utility-specific operating procedures and regulations
  • Work with our customer experience team to maintain up-to-date FAQs and ensure relevant information is shared internally so that we can delight our members in response to inquiries
  • Build relationships with utility representatives to maintain active community solar subscriptions and ensure accurate bill crediting


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency with excel and data management
  • Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve, find creative solutions, and build out best practices
  • Be flexible and excited to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving needs
  • Have a passion for clean energy and an interest in helping to better the environment
